Rally’s 1200 questions

I just received my package and trying to figure out a few things.

1. Do you use the AC adapter and the solar charging cable to charge the energy bars (2 at a time) if you want?

2. Can you literally swap an energy bar one at a time while the 1200 is turned on?

I think those are my main questions.
